Larisa Agishtein is a software engineering leader and educator who prepares students for today’s marketplace by bringing cutting-edge industry practice into the classroom. As CTO of NeuroScribe AI, she applies scalable, data-driven engineering and modern AI to real clinical workflows—and translates those lessons into project-based learning in cloud, data, DevOps, and analytics. With 30+ years designing hybrid on-prem/cloud platforms for orchestration, regulatory reporting, and data insights, she equips students with the tools, patterns, and professional habits that employers expect.
