Dr. Shmuel Fink has been a member of the Touro University faculty since 1993. In 2000, he began serving as the deputy chair of the undergraduate Department of Computer Science.
Prior to working at Touro, Professor Fink worked for IBM, Xerox, and other companies. Professor Fink has a BS in Computer Science, an MS in Software Development and Management, and a PhD in Computing Technology in Education.
Dr. Fink's reputation is as an effective leader and educator. He advises the faculty and mentors his students. He ensures that the curriculum meets the ever-changing landscape of technology across all industries.
