Susan DeCastro, M.A.
Instructor, Digital Multimedia Design, Coordinator
Professor Susan De Castro is the Coordinator of the Digital Multimedia Design Program, as well as a full time faculty in this department. She graduated with a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts and Art Education Degrees from Temple University’s Tyler School of Art. She received her Masters of Arts Degree from New York University, and has taken numerous courses at the School of Visual Arts and the Art Students League of New York, where in 2014, she was awarded a Merit Scholarship.
Professor De Castro aided in the curriculum development for many courses taught in the Digital Multimedia Design Department. She works with Deputy Chair, Jesse Epstein, on faculty hiring, course schedules, and staffing for NYSCAS and Lander Colleges. Professor De Castro is a member of the Touro College Senate and the National Association of Women Artists.

When not teaching, Susan pursues her interests in painting and exhibiting her work.
