I grew up on the Lower East Side of N.Y. I attended the Rabbi Jacob Joseph Yeshiva where I eventually received Smicha. I came to Touro College in 1977 as a member of the Touro Kolel. I started teaching at Touro in1978 and have been a member of the faculty ever since. My wife, Shlomis, and I currently live In Passaic, N.J.

I am currently serving on the Board of Directors of the Clifton Cheder/BaisYaakov – a yeshiva elementary school located in Clifton, N.J.
I run a learning program for boys every Saturday Night (in the winter time) where approx. 350 boys spend up to hour learning with their fathers
I am beginning my fifth cycle of learning “Daf Hayomi”
